Scott began his insurance career in 1990 and his primary focus over the past 5yrs has been Transportation. Scott insures both small and large long haul and last mile fleets as well as many waste recyclers.

SEAN AHERN, CIC, CIRMS

Insurance Advisor

Sean began his career in the community association space in 1997, joining Community Association Underwriters (CAU) as an underwriter. Here, by reviewing and pricing community association opportunities, and working closely with insurance brokers and property managers, he began learning about this special class of business. In 2001 he joined JGS Insurance as a producer, where he worked for over 17 years developing and placing complex insurance programs for community association accounts, and taking care of the needs of those customers.

To add to his level of professionalism, and to stay on top of current insurance issues and developments, he’s earned the designations of CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and CIRMS (Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialist). Sean recently joined PeopleFirst and is responsible for developing our Pennsylvania and Southern NJ market area in our Condo/HOA Division.

MICHAEL LUZZI, CPIA

Insurance Advisor

Mike attended Caldwell University where he was a member of the men’s basketball team. He graduated 2009 with a business degree and upon graduation, he began his insurance career with Prudential Financial. In 2011 he moved to a local independent insurance broker where he focused on personal lines, small business and commercial property. In 2014, Mike decided to make property insurance his main focus and has been doing so since. His agency was acquired by PeopleFirst in 2018 and became part of PeopleFirst this year. Mike is currently responsible for growth in our New Jersey Condo/HOA Division as well as a focus in commercial property.
