Alison began her career as a Customer Service Rep for Commercial Lines for BSW in Washington, NJ. She has worked for both local and national Insurance brokers, and was an accounting manager for a large New Jersey National Broker Division Office. She is currently responsible for all accounting functions at PeopleFirst.
MICHELE SCHEER, AAI, CRIS, CLCS
Sr. Account Executive, Team Leader Transportation
Michele began her insurance career in 2000. She obtained her AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) designation in 2009 and CRIS (Construction Risk Insurance Specialist) designation in 2010. Michele has worked for both Local and National Insurance Brokers and is currently responsible for all aspects of Renewal Business Customer Service for Commercial Lines and Transportation Business.
STACEY KERR, CIC
Senior Account Executive Marketing
Stacey began her insurance career in 1984 doing IT computer work for the agency, later becoming an Insurance Adviser. During that time, she developed a book of Personal, Commercial & Life Insurance business. She earned her professional designation as a Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) in 1999 and her professional designation as a Certificated Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) in 2001. In 2003 she was promoted to Commercial Lines Manager, and in more recent years has transitioned into marketing and is currently leading our marketing department.
SANDI WIKTOR
Insurance Advisor
Sandi began her insurance career in 2012 after a lengthy career in electronic sales. Sandi comes to us from a National Insurance Broker and is currently responsible for all aspects of New Business Marketing, Customer Service for Personal Lines and Small Business Accounts & Notary Public offering services in the Easton, PA office

PHIL SKIBINSKI
Senior Account Manager
Phil began his insurance career in 2000. He has worked for both local and national insurance brokers and is currently responsible for all aspects of Renewal Business Customer Service and Small Business Sales for Commercial Lines Business.
SAMANTHA WALSH
Account Manager
Sam is responsible for general and related tasks for both Renewal and New Business as well as General Customer Service for Commercial Lines Business.
DAWN JOHNSON
Account Manager
Dawn began her insurance career in 1996 at Selective Insurance Company, working as a support member for the Personal Lines team working her way to a Customer Service Representative. She made the switch to working in an insurance agency and learned she enjoyed working with the clients. In 2018, she earned her Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation. She is currently responsible for serving our Personal Lines clients needs out of our Augusta, NJ location and is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
JERILYN DiCANIO, CISR
Account Manager
Jerilyn began her insurance career as the receptionist/clerical assistant for Van Den Heuvel & Fountain in 1997. She transitioned to the role of Bookkeeper in 2000 and in 2006 obtained her Pennsylvania P&C license, followed by her New Jersey license in 2007.
Jerilyn earned her CISR designation in 2009 and CISR Elite in 2016. In 2019, Jerilyn shifted from Personal Lines CSR to include Commercial Lines CSR and our Animal Welfare/Non-Profit Division, where she is responsible for general & related tasks for both renewal and new business.
RACHAEL YERKES
Sr. Coordinator
Rachael is responsible for general and related tasks for both Renewal and New Business in our Animal Welfare Division. She began her insurance career in with Van Den Heuvel & Fountain in 2013
KATIE MEADOWS
Account Manager
Katie began her insurance career in 2019 coming from the Healthcare Field and is currently responsible for all aspects of Renewal Business Customer Service and Small Business Sales for Commercial Lines Business – specifically Condo/HOA.
